Beat the heat at Log Cabin Village during our Homemade Ice Cream class! Participants will sample a pre-made historic ice cream recipe before working with other participants to make ice cream the old-fashioned way with a hand-crank churn. Participants will experiment with ice cream molds to create their artistic (and delicious) frozen treat. This program is designed as an adult or adult/child activity.
